About the Role
In this role as an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the shipment, receipt, and organization of clinical and demonstration products. Additionally, you will provide administrative support by overseeing the Customer Experience email inbox, coordinating office supply orders, and managing scheduling tasks. Your contributions will be key to ensuring seamless office operations and delivering an excellent experience for both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee shipping and receiving of demonstration and marketing products.
- Manage inventory ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Maintain and update inventory management systems and CRM tools.
- Provide administrative support
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or administrative roles, ideally in the medical device or healthcare sector.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Skilled in using inventory tracking tools, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
